    Ann Bremmer.

    Our patient for a haemorrhoidal affect.

    Before she came under our care had chiefly app. under form of bleed. R

    But then in state of [bleed] piles & much more uneasy to her.

    Not however with any alarming sympt. nor such as threatnd [obstin] disease.

    Hoped therfore that might soon be removd

    And in this expect not disapp.

    Directed for her a med very comm empl in such affect, a gently laxat elect of Cream Tart & Sulph.

    From use of this all sympt soon disapp.

    And in short time was dismissd cured.
