    As applic made for assist howevr thought at least of some trials

    And had recourse to Camph & [Calum.] in conj. a med which have been [informd] used with advant in some such [cases] by a pract of emmin in Engl.

    Besides this howev directed also Solub. Tart the remed of Dr [illegible].

    Neither howev fair trial.

    And patient soon after dismissd with view of going to relat in Country
