    In case of Jean [McKingly] when last spoke of her was of opin that had made consid advan in cure by means of of Rheum affect of consid severity nature by means of Elix of [Guaiac]

    And after treatm of case afforded I think, confirm of that opin

    For not long after was dismissd free from affect.

    And may now I think add this to many examples which have before seen of effic of Volat Elix of [Guaiac] in certain cases of Rheumat.
