    Mary McDonald

    Mary McDonald, contin about a month under care after last subj of lect.

    Then expressd several doubts as to name & nature of affect.

    But in as far as she was subj to any disease had no reason to alter opin then suggest, that affect was hysteria.

    From avers on hr own part had not opport of making that trial of Zinc [which] intended.

    This then led me to use of Cup Ammon.

    But although patient somewhat easier when dismissd, yet could not I think ascribe this to med.

    And must own was not without doubts respect her empl. med [illegible] directed

    Was therefore very well pleased to lay hold of fav opport of consid remiss of sympt for dismissin her.
