Has been but for very short time subj of pract here. Have not therfore had oppor of deriving any informat. from it which can settle opin as to nature of disease. And from history as introd into our register many differ suppos. might be entert with regard to it. Upon whole consid affect as [curio] & well deserving attent. From late period however of course at which occurred, could not expect to see much of it. Yet one of conject, which was disposed to entert was that affect might be entirely conseq of worms in alim canal. And was with this view that ordered a mercur. & cathart. From which hoped that might at least determinewherewhether worms pres or not. If any disch., reason to hope that cure might at length be affected by it. But otherwise, expected no benef from use of it. Contrary however to expect, since mercur taken, although no worms disch, has had no return of it. Now therefore in still greater [dou] than before. In this situation have transf her,on accton acct of termination of course, to the Dispen. where such of you as incline are entitled, from fee already paid, to attend till begining of Novr.
