    With Alexr McBain have now tried Peruv Bark for cure of interm in [almos] every way in which [advised] by any pract & to great extent.

    Serves then to shew that although very gener success, & although in one mode of admin may be more success. than in another yet cases which will resist every this med & that too in every form.

    And am now inclind to think, that this patient will be cured only by change of season.
