    In case of Wm Campbell attemptd cure of Dropsy by Crem of Tart as a diuret.

    And while attended with desired affect of prod copious disch of urine, swellings, under use very soon disapp.

    After this put upon infus of Cort [Salic] alb as means of strength tone

    And thus hoped should be able to prev return.

    What has been conseq howevr can not pretend to say.

    As since first prescr. have not [again] seen him in this place.

    Presumpt however that contin free from affect.

    For when consid that at last report affect entirely gone, may I think with some degree of confid presume, that if any return would again have applied for assistance.
