    Of case of Jean Clerk formd very unfav opin.

    Consid part of her disease as being a Hysteric affect.

    But by much most material compl. as depend on local affect, probab an aneurism of some large vessels.

    Took her therefore under care, rathr with view of marking progr than with any other intent.

    And during course of attend for sever months, have found no reason to alter opin.

    At same time disease has not made any such progr as to be more distinctly marked

    And dismissed at her own desire very nearly in same state as when came under care
