    Case of Janet Finlay, last patient in our list, might afford room for many observat.

    Partic with respect to relief from complaints occurring during states of pregn & nursing.

    Without entering into these however can now only observe that affect [man] of the Hysteric kind.

    And after contin for eleven year cannot reasonab. hope that by artif means will admit of speedy terminat.

    Am however inclind to think that something may be lookd for strength tone of system.

    From removing tendency to spasm

    And from obviating urgent sympts

    Is with these intent that have here had recourse to med employd.

    With view to two first used the Zinc combind with Valer.

    And with last, as means of obviating costiveness after finding Pil Aloet ineff had to recourse to Pil ex Colocynth.

    How far shall be found to answer objec in view can be determ only by trial for prop length of time.

    And will as well as other patients be now transf back to Dispen. where [those] as incline are entit to attend to pract till begining of Winter session.
