    Jean Taylor.

    In some respects in good meas in same situat with two last ment. patients

    Of late have seen nothing of her.

    And indeed has attended us very little in this place.

    But although in this respect corresp. with two [precede] cases in others very great diff.

    For while these obvious, & in some meas simple affect pres. obscure & comp

    But without attempting to state diff respecting it shall only observe that two diff sets of sympt.

    Affect viz of head & ears & Pect. compl.

    And here have employd some pract at least with view to each.

    Had recourse to blister & issue as means of relieving head.

    And employd squills pills with view to pectoral compl.

    Was with same intent also that directed repeated emet.

    And from these pract. hoped that some part of affect at least might have been mitig. But from want of attend on part of patient no opport of [judgm] of [illegible]
