In some respects in good measure in same situation with two last mentioned patients Of late have seen nothing of her. And indeed has attended us very little in this place. But although in this respect corresponds with two [preceding] cases in others very great difficulty. For while these obvious, in some measure simple affections present obscure & complicated But without attempting to state [difficulties] respecting it shall only observe that two different sets of symptoms. Affection viz of head & ears & Pectoral complaint. And here have employed some practices at least with view to each. Had recourse to blister & issue as means of relieving head. And employed squill pills with view to pectoral complaint. Was with same intention also that directed repeated emetics. And from these practices hoped that some part of affection at least might have been mitigated. But from want of attendance on part of patient no opportunity of [judgment] of [illegible]
