    Jean Frazer

    (1777-1778)

In Hist. of case of Jean Frazer had what might be consid as indic of two affect.

Had some sympt which highly prob. arose from pres of worms in alim canal

While was manif subjected to Tinea capit.

With view to formr very few meas taken when sympt entirely disappeard.

And as no more worms disch concl. patient at least for time entirely rid of them.

And attent cheifly directed to affect of head.

For this before patient came under our care various powerful remed had been employd.

Here after removal of incrustat by poultices with the view of taking off disease from parts below had recourse to Aerug Aeris.

And this applic appar attended with success

For not only was return of incrust. prev. but skin of head regaind its natural condit.

And dismissd patient appar. free from affect.

Formerly remarked however that Tinea one of those diseases which after seemingly complete cure apt to return.

And pres case has verified that observat.

For this patient has again applied at the Dispens. with some return of Tin. Cap.

And now to much higher degree than before affected with sympt from worms.

While prop remed employd against these with view to affect of head recours is now had to Hepar. Sulphur.

And if shall be means of radic cure in pres case will I own with me be strong proof of efficacy.
