John Murray
1789
No33. March. 3d. 1789.
John Murray at 34 complains of a constant fixed pain of the Head confined in a great measure to the os frontis. He observes also a great diminution of vision in both eyes. On inspection however they have a natural appearance, excepting that the pupils seem to be somewhat dilated. But they contract freely on exposure to light. He has likewise a sense of coldness over his whole body, & complains of much general debility, with unusual depression of spirits. Pulse & Belly regular. Appetite not much impaired. The pain of his head came on about July last without any obvious cause. And the diminution of vision supervened in [December]. He has used no medicines. Cap. Pil. e Camph. grV om m & vesp. March 7th.
