These short interviews were filmed to accompany the Physicians' Gallery exhibition titled FOOD: Recipe or Remedy which ran from April 2022 to January 2023.
The illustrations, books and objects displayed in this exhibition tell the story of the changing role of food in medicine over the last 600 years.
