Mary McKay At 16, complains of severe pain in the right temple; extending to the back part of the head. She feels but little inconvenience from this affection during the day, but in the night, the pain is so violent as to prevent her from sleeping. There is no swelling or redness on the affected part, nor does she complain from external pressure. Pulse natural Menses other functions unimpaired. This pain has continued for a forthnight & arose as she thinks from exposure to cold. She has used no remedies. Cap. Pil. ex Hyosciam gr X om. nocte. h. som.
