    Of case of this patient very little to add to obs. formerly offered with resp to it.

    For can hardly be consid as having been obj of pract here.

    As very soon left us to go to the country.

    When formerly spoke of this case remarkd that could not form very [decid] opin with resp. to it.

    Was however inclind to consid prin part of compl. as incip hypochond

    And that prob. compl. with [accid] slight catarrh.

    This part of affect was inclind to hope would of itself soon come to termin.

    But could not entert so fav expect of other.

    For hypochond, both as to what resp affect disorder of alim canal, & mental affect extremely obstin.

    And in many cases utmost that are able to accompl. is merly to pall. the affect.

    Was with this intent that had here recourse to Pil. Foetid cum Aloe.

    An artic often very affect in prod expuls of wind from alim canal.

    And in this manner, remov pains oppress, vertigo, hemor & various other sympt. immed depend on distens.

    In case of pres pat. would seem that some influence in this way.

    For informed at succeed visit that sympt somewhat easier.

    But at same time told that had gone to country.

    And thus precluded from opport of any farther obs or pract resp. case
