    In disease of this patient have a distinct markd case of Epilep.

    And without any pecul app either during course of fit or as preceed or conseq sympt.

    Has indeed some sympt as pain of breast & slight cough prob. unconn with this.

    But these would seem to be merely slight catarrh of little conseq.

    And consid Epilep as here only obj of attent.

    With regard to prognos. in that disease always rather unfav. than otherwise

    For of Epilep [consid] [major] will I imagine be found incurab. by any remed with which yet acqu.

    Yet as far as is a disease sometimes admitting of cure, in this inst [circum] rather favr than otherwise.

    Is at least of very recent date

    Has not resisted any powerful remed.

    And patient, has chance of recov. from progr of life inducing many changes on constit.

    Partic patient has now arrived at that period when menst flux may be expected.

    And not improb. that irrit from this, cause of pres. affect.

    And that upon free menst may entirely cease.

    But whatever irrit cause inducing parox. have some chance of prev [from] Tonic powerr of Copp.

    And accord here mean to give fair trial to Pil e Cupro
