In this case an example of a hyster affect. And that too as well as sever other already ment. not under form of prop. hyster fits but merely of what may be calld hyst. sympt. Of these some as sense of ball rising to oesoph very comm. And indeed has been consid as so charact as to be even pathogn of the disease. Other sympt as sensat of small animals creeping through extrem, less freq met with. But even this [vermic] as has been calld can hardly be consid as rare. While tenden to deliq, deject of spirits & like still more common. Same also may be said with resp. to irregul state of menses. For perhaps no females, with whom more varieties in this respc, than hyster ones. While cause to which attrib affect sudden fright often known both to excite & to aggrav these compl. After what said of other cases of hyst, will be concl. that here no hopes of speedy cure. But at same time, not without expect of advant from Zinc, conj with Valer. On this med therefore have here put patient. But from tend to deliq, state of spirits, & some other partic, have here conj. with Camphor.
