    No32. Janr 26th. 1788.

    Jean Bullock at 14 after having been for some time affected with great stupidity dullness, & lowness of spirits was attackd with a fit which began with a loud scream immediately after which she fell to the ground, & remaind in that situation for some minutes, with violent agitation of her legs & arms, & much foaming at the mouth.

    She was totally ignorant of every thing that passed around her, during the occurrence of the fit, imagining upon her recovery that she had been asleep. After the termination of the fit, she complaind of severe pain in the lower maxilla which in some degree impeded her chewing. She had yesterday a threatning of a fit. Besides the above affection she complains also of some pain in her left side, with slight cough.

    Pulse about 84. Belly costive Some thirst. Appetite pretty good. Catamenia have never yet appeard

    She has used no medicines.

    The pills have occasiond no sickness at stomach & she has had no return of fit.

    Has had no return of fit, but has been a good deal affected with sickness at stomach, particularly in the evenings before taking her pills.
