    Evid however consists in invol. & inord action of muscles natur subj to influ of will.

    And that too, without abolit or indeed any affect whatever of intern senses.

    Hence falls under extens of genus of convuls.

    Here however this inordin action partial only.

    And would seem entirely conf. to few muscles.

    Princip depressor anguli one & labii superior.

    For is from contract of these that distors of mouth, ment in histor of case must prin. arise.

    But besides this other pecul. also

    Partic, aggrav from cold weather

    These however more prop. ment when speak of case at length.

    Here suff to obs. that such par inord actions often of very obs. kind.

    That with pres. pat. there would seem to have been remark tend to it.

    For now affected with second attack

    Hence shall not be surp. if baffles attempts to remov.

    At same time has not at pres been of long contin.

    Nor has it resisted power of remd.

    While at same time on former [atta] ceased as it were spont.

    Am therfore in hopes that by aid of prop. remed may again obt simil removal.

    Or at least tempor susp for som length of time.

    And as such have had recourse to a combin of Valer with Zinc.

    An Med from which in simil inst of inordin action have I think derivd consid adv.

    If this fails may try some topic applic acting more immed on seat of affect.

    Such for ex as Electr or Aether.
