    In case of this patient have I am affraid another ex of Phthis.

    At same time is not I think decidedly such.

    And as app even from pulse alone, is at least a modif somewhat diff.

    Accordingly am here making trial a diff. mode of cure.

    viz Vitriol Ac. & Peruv. Bark.

    Am however very appreh that notwith all shall be able to do this as well as former will termn fatally.
