    33. James Hutchinson at 18.

    Affected with many of those sym which justly consid as strong indic of Phthisis.

    And although cannot yet be said to be decidedly markd, yet at least strong presumpt of that affect.

    Am I own very appreh. that his case will termin in same manner as that of mother, who informed in histor fell victim to Phthis.

    And perhaps even little more now to be done than merly to obv. sympt.

    Of that however shall afterwards be better able to judge.

    In mean time Emet for unload brain & Pil. Theb. for looseness
