    Mary Newal.

    March 26. Her mother thinks that her breathing during the night has been a little affected for some days past, during which time she has not used her gargle. The swelling of the tonsils is still very considerable

    But they are less red than formerly. She has of late discharged several ascarides. Interm. Pulv Elec Crem. Tart. Cont. Mist cum Infus. Rosar. & hab. Ag. Calc. lb i. [injec] ℥ IV pro. Enema. ter in [7man].

    April 2. Has used two of the injections of lime water after which she discharged a number of ascarides & since that none have been seen. The swelling of her tonsils is somewhat diminishd & at present she has no affections either of respiration or deglutition.
