    Alexander Henderson

    No37. Febr 5th 1785.

    Alexr Henderson at 20 complains of severe & fixt pain in the fore part of his head. In every other respect he enjoys perfect health. Appetite good. Pulse & Belly natural.

    This affection attacked him last Tuesday & has continued with him ever since. Sometimes growing better sometimes worse. He was troubled with the same complaint about three months ago which occasiond him to apply to the Dispensary & during his attendance his disease disappeard till last Tuesday when it was again renewed.

    Cap. Pulv Ipecac gr XX pro Emet

    12. The vomit operated little but his headach was considerably relievd.

    He had however a severe return of it on Wednesday last. He has continued his powder regularly & his headach is again somewhat easier.

    19. Has had nothing of his headach for these ten days past.

    Let him be dismissd.
