This affection is always much aggravated when she either attemp to lift any weight, to bend her body, or to ly on her back, when in bed. Appetite good, but she is much distressd with flatulence

Belly rather bound & she has long been in the habit of discharging many small worms. Menses regular but she has for upwards of an year & a half been troubled with Fluor albus, which is always most considerable immediately after menstruation, but continues in some degree till the next period. The pain of her loins first commenced about fifteen years ago & has been gradually encreasing in severity ever since.

But it has become worse since her last delivery which was about two years ago.

She was little affected with the Fluor albus before her last pregnancy but since that time it has encreased much in quantity & severity. The pain of her back she thinks proceeded from a sprain she got when she was only 16 years of age by lifting a heavy tub of water. She was about 20 years of age when she first noticed the discharge of worms. She has used no medicines for any of these complaints. Cap ter de die Infus.
