James Frazer at 8 months breaths with considerable difficulty & has a frequent short cough, both of which are a little easier in the morning He often sneezes & vomits especially when he sucks. He has three or four loose stools every day. These complaints have continued for eight days & began with considerable coldness, which was succeeded by a hot fit. Ever since the commencement he has been a little feverish in the afternoon. His mother says the inhabit a very cold house & to this circumstance she imputes his complaints. 17th Rx Conf. Japon. Sach Alb. aa ℥ I [solv] in Ag. Font. ℥IVMcap ℥p bis indies 24. Took the mixture as directed & is now free from the looseness His breathing also is much easier But he is still much affected with cough & frequently with vomiting. Interm. Mist cum Confect Japon & Rx Mist Mucil ℥IV Tinct Theb. [gt] XXMcap. ℥p ter de die 31 Is free from the looseness but the cough & vomiting still continue. Appetite mended & in other respects easier Cont. Mist. u. a. 7. Continues free from the looseness & has had no vomiting since the last report, but is still affected with cough Cont. Mist. Mucil. u. a.
