Peggy Grant at 10, of a pale complexion, discharges about four stools in the course of every 24 hours. She has pains in her belly breast & head, which recurr by fits & are very distressing. Appetite bad. She is sometimes sick Belly not swelld. This affection has continued for fourteen days in its present form & violence. She knows no cause for her complaint & has passd no worms. Cap. Pulv. Ipecac gr X pro. Emet. nec non Rx Sue. Japon. Cort Cessia aa ℥i. Affuende Ag. buliens ℥ IV digere per horam, dein cola & [colatana] adde Syr. Simp. ℥ i cap. ℥ p ter de die 5 The vomit operated well & [he] has taken the mixture as directed She has now seldom more than two stools in the day & these are of a more natural appearance She is free from the pain of her belly breast & head App. good Cont. Inf. Japon u. a 13. The looseness is entirely gone & she is free from all her other symptoms. Dismissd cured
