    Robert Law

    Robt Law at 13. of a thin habit & fair complexion, has an eruption of broad red blotches affecting his arms & legs, a few also are scattered over the trunk of his body. On their surface white scales are frequently formd which fall off & are succeeded by others of the same nature. His general health is good.

    Pulse, Heat, Appetite & Belly natural.

    The eruption is of six years duration, & commenced with an affection of the head. He was admitted July 12th at which time he had used no medicines. The eruption was then most numerous on his legs, which were inflammed & very itchy especially at night when warm in bed. Since that his face has been principally affected.

    He has taken ten grains of crude antimony twice a day & washd the parts frequently with Soap & water without any advantage
