Margt Grieve at 45. After taking food she finds her stomach much oppressd with a great weight & she has then some pain in the left hypochondrium. She has no natural inclination to vomit. But if she takes any thing to excite vomiting she is much relievd but it is very difficult to make her vomit. Appetite very bad, no thirst, belly very bound. Her complaints began about a year ago & are owing to costiveness to which she has been for that time liable She has used some vomits but without any relief. She finds ease from taking rhubarb. Cap. Pil. Foetid cum Aloe gr V om. m. & vesp. May 10th. Cont. Pil. Foetid cum Aloe. om. n. u. a. & Rx. Infus. Amar. ℥IV Tinct. Aromat. ℥ii.Mcap ℥p. bis indies
