    Patrick Storach

    (1781-1782)

    Patrick Storach.

With regard to disease of this pat. some partic concern which much at a loss.

This especially case with respect to pain of breast.

Nothing indeed uncom either in pain itself, increased sever during night, nor in aggrav. at uncert. periods.

But in concom affect with which these attend, had set of sympt [rather] uncommon.

For when pain very severe was we are told attend. with dim of sight vertig. tinnit [aurium] & flushing of [face]

Such an assemb. of sympt do not recollect to have met with in my own pract.

Imag. however that from farther attend to progr. of disease, should be able to form better judgem of them

And partic how far repres. well founded.

Besides this had evid catarrh sympt.

And as affect wholey ascribd to cold thought first of direct attent to there.

Was on this acct. that prescribd mucil mixt. & directed applic of blister to his side.

To latter of these pract howevr found at next report that had not had recourse.

And while from mucil mixt relief of cough, were also told that all other sympt much easier.

In this situat reckond it suff. to order contin of it.

And as after that saw no more of this patient patient never returnd to the Dispensary can say nothing of that part of compl. which alone consid as merit pecul attent.
