    Of this case necess to say still less than with regard to former.

    For since treatm begun has hardly attended here.

    Her compl. which was most distrs to her seemd prin to be of pect kind.

    Consist of Cough, Dysp, & expect of viscid mucus.

    These were attrib prob with just to action of cold.

    And not improb. that from prev use of Sulphur. affect prod by it more consid than would otherwise have been the case.

    But besides catarrh affect was also much distress by wind.

    And not improb. that by this other circum not a little aggrav.

    Partic Dyspnoea & palpitat.

    Of this presumpt from relief which disch of wind afforded

    With view therfore to more comple expuls had here recourse to Pil. [Gaic]

    By these however after trial for space of week was not mattr. benef.

    Or at least pect compl. espec cough still very distress to it.

    With view to this therfore [directed] the applic of blister.

    Since that however have seen nothing more of patient.

    And probab. that it has never been tried.

    Whether tried or not, now no reason to imagine that patient will return to attend here.

    Hence any farther observat with regard to case may be consid as unnecessary.
