As well as two next patients has hardly ever attend us in this place. Hence can hardly with prop be subj of observat. Shall content myself therfore with saying very few words with regard to them. And with stating in very gener way opin as to nature of disease. Sympt of this case such as might give some suspic of water in breast And not improb. that might here be some effus. But both from cough & state of expect little doubt that cheifly from mucus in bronchia. And that princip disease chronic catarh. To which in patient advanced to period of life at which this man had arrived might with suff. prop give name of Catar. Senil. An affect in no case without dangr. And partic so with a man advanced in life, in indig circum & in severely cold season. From this latter circum this affect has proved fatal to numb during pres year. And if this be not alredy case with our patient has prob. derivd more from keeping house than from any meas which we could have suggested. At least with patients of better rank nothing of more conseq in this affect than enjoying during winter temperat of a comfort. chamb. or chang. this clim for a warmer one. While again every expos to cold from giving constrict of surf. augm both cough & dyspnoea. From differ remed howevr even in this situat derive relief. Partic from Emet.
