And when came under our care very [suspic] that would have provedfrommore obstin than was found to do. In treatment employd cheifly two remed. The solub. Tart as gentle refrig. cathar. And Decoct of Elm bark. A remed which had formerly occas to observe of late highly extolld. Present one of few cases in which have myself used it. And must own that here disp to ascribe to it no inconsid part of cure. Its effic howevr hope soon to be able to ascert. by some trials which have already begun & which will prob lead me to speak of it more fully in Sum course.
