Pulse rather quick, Belly loose, Tongue clean appetite good countenance languid. These complaints have been of three weeks standing; & he knows no cause to which he can attribute them. But he imagines, that they may proceed from cold to which he says he has been lately exposed.

    He has used no medicines.
