    But strong presumption that this as well as other symptoms consequence of want of due action

    Hence variety of stomach ailments acid eructation vomiting etc.

    In these more an example of Hypochondria that of Dyspepsia strictly so called.

    If this the case little hopes of speedy recovery.

    But may at least give some relief from opening belly & expelling wind.

    While may attempt radical cure by Camphor or Chalybeate
