    Another instance of affection of eyes

    And probably also complicated.

    At present principal disease Ophthalmia

    But so considerable as to prevent examination of eye.

    According to account however also Caligo.

    And probably in circumstances not so unfavourable as last case.

    First objective to remove Ophthalmia

    And from this at least considerable [relief]

    After obtained better able to judge of state of Eye

    But not improbable that subject of another trial with Pulvis Ophthalmia.
