    Ann McNicol, is subjected to a Rheumatic affection treatment of which rendered somewhat more difficult by circumstance of her being a nurse.

    This I am you will observe attempting to combat by employing with her Opium & Calomel in conjunction.

    A combination viz which has been extensively employed in variety of affections of inflamed kind & with great success by Dr [Ham] of Lyme Regis.
