    1785

    No46 March. 5. 1785

Bell Rattray. at 26 complains of excessive pain in both jaws, which at times extends over the top of her head. She is troubled also with a numbness of her lower extremities which generally begins in the feet & goes gradually up to the knees. In other respects she enjoys pretty good health excepting that at times she is costive. This affection commenced about three months ago. It began in her teeth, & from thence passed to her temples & about her jaws.
