Agnes King. at 10. The greater part of the scalp is covered with a thick whitish scurf, irregularly divided generally into small portions. The remaining part has a tender [rawish] appearance & is covered with very thin scales. If any matter be discharged which seldom happens, it is thin & ichorous. This affection began eighteen months ago & has been sometimes better, sometimes worse than at present. In other respects she is perfectly well & has an healthy appearance. She has taken no Physick & has only applied pottage to the part. 31 Applic catapl. P. affectis nec non Rx Acid. Vitriol ℥ i. Axung Porcin. ℥I. illin. p. affectus. Sumat etiam Sal.
