Leadership in Healthcare

Taking on a healthcare leadership role increasingly feels daunting and overwhelming. The aim of this evening event is to provide insights in how to approach leadership roles in modern medicine as well as the delivery of effective leadership within the healthcare environment.

  • The speakers will outline mechanisms, techniques and approaches that will allow your leadership style to resonate with your teams and evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of your teams and the broader healthcare system.
  • The speakers will outline methods to understand your team members better and how to apply this to everyday professional life.
  • There will be a focus on change management and how to deliver successful projects, embody a culture comfortable with change and implementations to support the project team and those affected by change.
