Membership Services Administrator
£20,375 - £22,596 Edinburgh (Subject to Experience)
24 Months Fixed Term Contract (35 hours per week – Monday to Friday)

This role is designed to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction to our Fellows and Members. You will provide exceptional levels of membership customer service while ensuring membership recruitment, retention and renewal activities are carried out in an expedient and timely manner. You will have responsibility for improving our service to our Global Regional Advisor Network through dissemination of high quality communications, promotional material and induction packs to maintain connectivity, provide added value, and drive growth in Fellow and Member numbers. The provision of secretariat services to membership related committees, as well as maintaining our membership database, processing fellowship nominations and coordinating subscription transactions will also form part of this exciting  and varied role.

Working within a small team of 5 you will need to be adaptable, quick to respond to client needs and confident in handling and recording significant quantities of membership data and payments.

You will thrive and enjoy this role if you:

  • Have experience in customer service environments in an administrative capacity
  •  Are great at detail, numerically strong and enjoy communicating with a variety of stakeholders
  • Are self-motivated with a high degree of sociability and an adaptable and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Like to work with others to improve the customer experience, and can build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in the College and our Fellows and Members
  • Want to support medics in shaping the future of healthcare

Remuneration Package

The salary for this role will be between £20,375 - £22,596 per annum plus benefits (subject to experience).  Additional benefits include:
