Subscriptions & Membership Administrator (35hrs), Edinburgh

£23,643 p.a.

The Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh (RCPE) is looking for an experienced administrator to administer our membership subscription system and to contribute to the wider work of our Membership Department.

The main responsibilities of the role will be to:

• administer the subscription system for RCPE Fellows and Members (12,000 worldwide), and to deal with subscription-related enquires;
• contribute to the processing of membership applications and handling of membership-related enquiries;
• contribute to the maintenance and use of the College membership database; and
• contribute to recruitment activity

Applicants should be numerate, with some direct experience of working in a subscriptions / membership role or accounting office / environment and have excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills.
