The Fellowships are for 12 months, commencing February 2015

NES in partnership with the Scottish Government and the Scottish Deans’ Medical Education Group are pleased to announce they are recruiting two new Fellows to the Scottish Clinical Leadership Fellow Scheme (SCLF).

This is a prestigious scheme open to trainees in Scotland who have the ambition and curiosity to push their development to new heights at the leading edge. These one-year Clinical Leadership Fellow posts are an integral aspect of NHS Scotland’s approach to developing professionalism and excellence in the medical profession. Fellows will have a bespoke opportunity to develop leadership capabilities and contribute to aspects of contemporary health and care-related activity. The scheme aims to provide NHS Scotland with a cadre of doctors who are committed to living and working in Scotland and have enhanced capability to offer leadership in their work place and potentially at national and international levels.

You must be in a substantive medical training post at any level to be eligible, please see eligibility criteria section in the application pack.
