Background: This consultation seeks views on one key drink driving proposal. We are seeking your views on reducing the drink driving limit to a level which would bring Scotland into line with most of the rest of Europe and which will help save lives on our roads. Although the Scottish Government has not been given associated powers relating to drink driving, we are happy to receive any additional suggestions on other measures that may be considered in order to tackle rthe scourge of drink driving.
