This Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh statement on the Medical Registrar role has been endorsed by the Royal College of Physicians of London and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. In order to take this forward, the three Royal Colleges of Physicians are forming a working group to progress these proposals.
