Edinburgh History of Medicine Group 2014-2015 talks

Flu, World War battlefield surgery, the pioneering anatomist Andreas Vesalius, and a house of murder are among the free seminars in the 17th year of the Edinburgh History of Medicine Group.

We invite you to come along to the talks, which are being held at the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, and are promoted by the two colleges and the University of Edinburgh.

The first talk, on the 1st October, is on ‘The great influenza’ of 1918-20: A plague of compassion.
