Online Continuing Medical Education (CME)

The RCPE provides a rolling programme of General Medicine CME for Fellows and Members as a membership service.

Modules containing 4 peer-reviewed review articles with multiple choice questions (MCQs) are published bi-monthly on specialty areas.  MCQs for all articles are available in a combined test. The questions are automatically marked and a detailed acknowledgment confirming the score achieved will be sent to those submitting answers online. This can be used for your personal records for CPD/CME. At present, doctors in the UK can earn personal credits for the UK Federation CPD Scheme with this programme. Each module also contains a historical item on a related historical text from the College’s Historic Library Collection.
