Conferences and Meetings
 The Royal College of Physicians has flexible meeting space accommodating from 8 to 300 delegates with breakout rooms and exhibition space. Whether you are organising a theatre-, classroom- or a boardroom-style meeting, we are sure you will make the College your choice. Our in-house AV technician is on hand to help you with your requirements. We have a specially chosen panel of caterers who will provide delicious refreshments to delight your delegates.
The Queen Mother Conference centre seats 300 people in raked seating in air-conditioned comfort with up to date AV facilities. All seats have fold-away writing tables. A keypad voting system is available for voting and reflecting opinions. Video conferencing facilities are available. WIFI is also available.
The Conference Centre Foyer is a flexible breakout area with space for trade exhibitions and informal breakout groups. Delegates are served their refreshments in this area – up to 300 can be accommodated.
The majority of our meeting rooms have natural daylight and blackout facilities. They are ideal for self-contained meetings or for delegate breakout rooms for the main conference centre, many have AV equipment included. The Seminar room is equipped for video conferencing. Meeting Room 5 can also be set-up with ten PC's with Internet access. For larger breakout groups or meetings, why not consider the Great Hall and New Library.
