Join our first UK network of Associate Regional Advisers

The College ensures that the voice of junior doctors is heard, with the intention to effect change and positive influence the professional lives of doctors in training throughout the country. To support and enhance our work in this area, we have launched a new Associate Regional Adviser (ARA) network, and are looking for enthusiastic UK doctors in training to join and represent their region!

The ARA network will work with our Trainees and Members’ Committee, one of the most active groups in the UK. Together you will help build networks and bring physicianly communities together in all regions of the UK to bring about the change you want to see across the profession.

You will link in with our 17 UK Regional Advisers, who are Fellows of the College who have specific geographical responsibilities for one of the 17 different areas across the UK. As an ARA you will be supported by your local Regional Adviser, and work alongside them to develop a strong ecosystem of College support for our current and future Fellows and Members.

Who are we looking for?

To be part of this new and unique opportunity, we are looking for doctors in training in the UK who enjoy representing colleagues, are interested in organising events and thrive on networking.

Please note that applicants must be Members of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh (Associate or Collegiate)
