If you do not have a GMC number, please provide the name and address/email of someone who can be contacted to act as a referee. Medical Students may use a tutor or Faculty secretary, doctors should give the details of a senior colleague. Student and Foundation Membership is provided primarily for education and support of doctors and other clinicians in training and this privilege should not be abused. Access is granted to private areas of the RCPE website and your user name and password should not be made available to anyone else. Student and Foundation Membership is only available to medical students and doctors who do not have MRCP UK for a maximum of five years (or two years after passing your primary medical qualification). At such a stage, Student and Foundation Members will be invited to become (paying) Associates of the College and to take advantage of the reduced joining rates available. Student and Foundation Members of the RCPE should not bring the College into disrepute. Any person so doing would have their Student and Foundation Membership reviewed and potentially revoked.
